After receiving your completed application form on this page, we will contact you to follow up about your application and payment preferences.

Pay

Upon acceptance, we will send an invoice to you with payment instructions based on your payment preferences indicated on your appliction. We accept checks by mail, international wire transfers, and credit card payments (additional fee applicable). Payments are accepted in USD only. You position is secured once we receive your US$1000 non-refundable deposit or full payment.

Travel Insurance

Secure your own travel and health insurance for the trip.

Whatsapp

Install WhatsApp on your mobile device to communicate with the group. We will set-up a Trip WhatsApp group several months in advance of the Trip.

PURCHASE YOUR FLIGHT

When instructed by KBJ Anderson Consulting, purchase your flights to and from Japan. Do not purchase your flights until you receive the go-ahead, typically at least three months in advance of the Trip start date.

Prepare for the Trip!

Get excited! Read Katie’s blogs and recommended resources sent in advance of the trip. We will host a preparation call 4-6 weeks in advance of the trip to review the itinerary and answer your questions. And the WhatsApp group will be a great place to get to know your fellow participants and ask questions.

Trip Payment Terms

Participation is limited to 20 people per session.

Submission of an application form indicates your intention to take part in the KBJ Anderson Japan Study Trip. After receiving your application, we will contact you regarding your acceptance and and payment preferences.

Your position is not secure until your non-refundable deposit of US$1000 is received. We ask for full payment when you are ready to commit to secure your participation. However, we offer a two-part payment installation plan, depending on time of your application. See Terms and Conditions for more details.

Upon receipt of your deposit and/or full payment, we will send you confirmation of your reservation. Please do not make airline reservations until you receive the go-ahead by KBJ Anderson Consulting.

You are responsible for the extra room charges if you are sharing a room with someone who is not participating in the Japan Study Trip. If you wish to share a room with another paid participant on the trip, please indicate so on your application below or via email.

The trip needs a minimum number of participants to be viable. On the rare chance that we do not run the trip, you will be fully refunded all payments.
