Plan to arrive in Nagoya no later than Sunday before the program begins, although it is recommended you arrive earlier to allow for timezone adjustment
Program will conclude in Tokyo on Friday evening, with hotel check-out on Saturday.
Tour itinerary runs Monday – Friday, with an optional group dinner on Sunday night in Nagoya and Friday night in Tokyo for those able to join.

* You are responsible for your international flights to Japan, your domestic travel and related costs before and after the program, and any meals and experiences outside of the program itinerary.
