The Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) or Plan-Do-Study-Adjust (PDSA) cycles are the basis of the scientific method and are foundational to problem-solving thinking and Lean practices. In my work, I not only help clients learn how to practice structured problem-solving thinking to solve operational or process problems, but also use the same framework to approach personal improvement and create new leadership habits.
