My fourth article for the Lean Post was published today: “Standout Lessons from the 4th Annual Lean Coaching Summit”.
After reflecting on the Lean Coaching Summit notes I shared in a previous post, I expanded on the top two standout concepts that I took away from the Summit: bringing greater intention to developing coaching plans and bringing greater intention to the language we use when coaching problem solving thinking.
