Recently I was on The Lean Solutions podcast with Patrick Adams.
Patrick and I are good friends, this is my third time as a guest on his podcast and I wrote the foreword to his book, Avoiding the Continuous Appearance Trap: 12 Questions to Understand What’s Truly Underneath Your Culture. Patrick also signed up for my Japan study trip that was supposed to happen in 2020, but wasn’t able to happen due to Covid. He can’t wait to join me on my next trip!
I’ve also interviewed Patrick in my author interview series, so it was wonderful to sit down with him again and talk about the things we both believe in so much.
